I am Beena Barot, the founder of Lifeways Learning Centre. With over 19 years of professional experience in both education and care, I am passionate about helping adult learners unlock their potential. My journey includes 9 years of managing day care nursery settings and more than 10 years as a Course Team Leader and Lecturer at a Further Education (FE) college.
I’ve had the privilege of working with Pearson Edexcel as a national moderator, helping maintain consistency and quality in education delivery across the UK. My background in adult education includes delivering job skills courses, interviewing learners, and providing one-to-one mentoring to help individuals explore career paths aligned with their strengths and goals.
Supporting learners is at the heart of everything we do. From UCAS application assistance and reference writing to career advice and academic coaching, we’re here to help every learner move forward with clarity and confidence. Our learners don’t just gain qualifications—they gain purpose and direction.
